2024 - 2025年FAFSA开放! Your parent(s) will also need an FSA ID if you are a dependent student. Make sure UIW has your Social Security Number on file, as it's required in order to bring in your FAFSA data. Keep an eye on your student email for updates!

June 2024 - Returning student awards are being added to BannerWeb daily, and will continue until all awards have been processed.

  • Certain "eligible noncitizens" may still qualify to complete the FAFSA:
    • Generally, you are an eligible noncitizen if you are

      • (2) a conditional permanent resident with a Conditional Green Card (I-551C);

  • Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TASFA)
    Students who are 有资格在美国定居, are classified as Texas residents (see Texas Residency FAQs below), who are ineligible to apply for federal financial aid using the FAFSA, can complete the Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TASFA). The TASFA application is used to determine eligibility for state-funded grant aid, which is the Texas Equalization Grant (TEG) up to $3,800 annually. 建议完成在线TASFA. Once admitted to UIW, submit your supporting documents using the 安全的上传.
    Documents required to be submitted with the TASFA:
